Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

  • All payments made to EaseInBiz are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this Policy.
  • Refunds, if granted, will be processed solely at the discretion of EaseInBiz after reviewing the circumstances.
  • Clients acknowledge that payments are made in consideration of time, expertise, and resources invested, not only the final deliverable.

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

  • Social Media Management & Marketing Campaigns
  • Branding & Graphic Design
  • Content Creation (text, graphics, videos)
  • Virtual Assistance & Administrative Services
  • Consultancy, Strategy, or Advisory Sessions
  • Web/App Development once design or coding has begun
  • Product Management Services already in execution
  • Subscription-based services (once billing cycle has started)

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is accidentally charged twice for the same service.
  • Non-Delivery: If EaseInBiz fails to initiate the contracted service within 15 working days of the agreed start date, and the client has provided all necessary requirements.
  • Project Cancellation by EaseInBiz: If the Company terminates a project before completion, a pro-rata refund may be considered for unrendered services.

4. Client Responsibilities (No Refund If…)

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client fails to provide required information, content, or approvals on time.
  • Project delays or outcomes are due to the client’s lack of responsiveness.
  • The client changes their mind or no longer requires the service.
  • The client is dissatisfied for reasons unrelated to scope agreed in writing.
  • Work has already been delivered, partially or fully, in line with the contract.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients must submit cancellation requests in writing via support@easeinbiz.com.
  • Cancellations requested after work has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.
  • If the cancellation request is approved, any refund issued will be subject to deductions for work already performed, administrative costs, and payment gateway fees.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 business days.
  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method only.
  • EaseInBiz is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or currency conversion.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting EaseInBiz constitutes a breach of contract.
  • In such cases, EaseInBiz reserves the right to:
    • Suspend or terminate ongoing services.
    • Recover outstanding balances, legal costs, and damages.

8. Policy Updates

EaseInBiz reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
