Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Easeinbiz — a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provided by Easeinbiz Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the platform in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or using any Easeinbiz feature, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
  • You are using the platform on behalf of yourself or an organization you are authorized to represent.
  • All information you provide during registration is accurate and up to date.
  • You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Easeinbiz is a cloud-based business management platform designed for African businesses, agencies, and teams. The platform includes:

  • Task and project management with multi-assignee support
  • Client CRM and client portal (client_orgs, staff assignments)
  • Content planning and approval workflows (campaigns, content items)
  • Lead management and custom form builder
  • Analytics dashboards (social media, Google Ads, ecommerce metrics)
  • Finance management: sales, invoicing, and expense tracking
  • Payroll processing with Nigerian tax calculations (PAYE, Pension, NHF)
  • Multi-workspace and organization management

Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan. Easeinbiz reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration & Security

  • You must register with a valid email address and secure password.
  • Each user account is personal and non-transferable. You may not share login credentials.
  • You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately at support@easeinbiz.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
  • Easeinbiz reserves the right to suspend accounts showing signs of unauthorized use or abuse.
  • Organization owners are responsible for managing team members, roles, and access within their workspace.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

Easeinbiz offers the following subscription tiers, billed monthly in Nigerian Naira (₦):

  • All paid plans are billed at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
  • Payments are processed securely via Paystack. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your saved payment method.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • Prices are subject to change. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.
  • Agency plan add-on: +1 extra workspace at ₦10,000/month.
  • Taxes, where applicable under Nigerian law, will be added at checkout.

5. Free Plan & Trial

  • The Free plan is available indefinitely with limited features and no payment required.
  • A payment method is required to activate any paid plan.
  • Easeinbiz may offer time-limited trials of paid features at its sole discretion.
  • Trial terms (duration, eligible features) will be communicated at the point of activation.
  • After a trial period ends, your account automatically continues on the selected paid plan unless cancelled.

6. Cancellation & Downgrade

  • You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain full access until then.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan may result in loss of access to features or data exceeding the lower plan's limits.
  • We strongly recommend exporting your data before downgrading.
  • Easeinbiz will not delete your data immediately upon downgrade — you have a 30-day grace period to export.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Easeinbiz to:

  • Upload, store, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Introduce malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the platform without authorization.
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service for other users.

Violation of acceptable use may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Easeinbiz (including its software, design, logos, and content) is owned by Easeinbiz Technologies and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
  • You retain full ownership of all data, content, and files you upload or create within the platform ("Your Content").
  • By using the platform, you grant Easeinbiz a limited licence to store, process, and display Your Content solely to deliver the service to you.
  • We will never sell, share, or use Your Content for purposes beyond service delivery.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of Easeinbiz is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, process, and protect your personal data.

  • We comply with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) and applicable international standards.
  • Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS).
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • You can request a copy of your data or account deletion by contacting support@easeinbiz.com.

10. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • Easeinbiz is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities at all times.
  • We are not responsible for data loss resulting from user error, third-party outages, or events outside our control.
  • We strive for 99.5% uptime and will communicate planned maintenance in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Easeinbiz Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from settings.
  • Easeinbiz may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or the platform.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
  • Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
  • If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria.
  • For clients in other jurisdictions, mandatory consumer protection rights in your country may also apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
