Welcome to EaseInBiz (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services immediately.



1. Services

EaseInBiz provides global business solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Automation consulting
  • Custom software and app development
  • Product and project management
  • Digital marketing and campaigns
  • Business consulting

Services are delivered based on the scope agreed with the Client through signed agreements, proposals, or order confirmations.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for project delivery.
  • Respond promptly to requests for approvals, feedback, or resources.
  • Refrain from using EaseInBiz services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes in any jurisdiction.

4. Payments & Fees

  • All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed proposal, contract, or invoice.
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
  • International clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank charges, or taxes applicable in their country.
  • Late payments may attract interest charges or suspension of services until payment is received.

5. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds are governed by our separate Refund Policy. Generally:

  • Refunds are not applicable once work has commenced.
  • Partial refunds may be granted at the Company’s discretion for services not yet delivered.
  • Cancellations must be made in writing.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property (IP) created by EaseInBiz during the course of a project belongs to the Client upon full payment of fees.
  • EaseInBiz retains rights to reusable frameworks, methods, and processes.
  • Clients may not use EaseInBiz materials for purposes outside the agreed project scope without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business, technical, and proprietary information shared during the engagement, regardless of the client’s country of operation.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • EaseInBiz provides services on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee that solutions will be error-free or uninterrupted.
  • We are not responsible for third-party failures, delays, or system downtimes outside our control.
  • Services may vary based on applicable local laws and regulations in each client’s jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • EaseInBiz shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, revenue, or data).
  • Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that service.

10. Termination

  • Either Party may terminate a service agreement with written notice, subject to the terms in the signed contract.
  • EaseInBiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:
    • Payments are overdue,
    • The Client breaches these Terms, or
    • The Client engages in illegal or unethical activities using our services.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

  • EaseInBiz is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with international standards, including:
    • GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for EU clients
    • CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) for California clients
    • NDPR (Nigeria Data Protection Regulation) for Nigerian clients
  • Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
  • By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed primarily by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • For international clients, disputes may also be subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Disputes shall be resolved first through negotiation, then mediation or arbitration in Akure, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by local law.

13. Updates to Terms

EaseInBiz reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
